From the WEST:
From I - 90 take I-86 (17 East or Southern Tier Expressway). Stay on I-86 to State road 19. (Belmont, Wellsville exit #30) Go south on 19 to Wellsville. 19 becomes 417 in the town of Wellsville. Take 417 East another 5 miles to County Road 12 (in Elm Valley) Turn left and go I.2 miles to Jones road. (you will see a road sign for Deer Run Campground and a smaller road sign for Jones road.) Turn right and go 1.6 miles up the hill. At the top of the hill, the road will straighten out and you will see a bunch of farm buildings on the left. Barrett Road is a dirt road that turns off to the right just beyond the big white metal barn closest to the road on the left. Turn right and go I/2 mile, our driveway is on the right.
OR, if the weather is nice and there is no snow, instead of turning onto county road 12, continue on 417 past Elm Valley, go I mile further and turn Left onto Barrett Road. Go 1 mile, our driveway is on the Left.
From Buffalo:
Take Hwy 400 South, 400 turns into Hwy 16 (in town of South Whales.) Go South on 16 to Yorkshire. Turn Left onto county Rd 39. Go about 3 miles into Arcade. Turn Right onto State Rd 98. When 98 intersects 243, go South on 243 to Caneadea. 243 T’s into Hwy 19 at Caneadea. Turn Right and go South on 19 to Wellsville. 19 becomes 417 in the town of Wellsville. Stay on 417 going East another 5 miles to County Road 12 (in Elm Valley) Turn left and go I.2 miles to Jones road. (you will see a road sign for “Deer Run Campground” and a smaller road sign for “Jones” road.) Turn right and go 1.6 miles up the hill. From Rochester:
Take 390 south to Dansville. Take exit #4 (the second Dansville exit) onto US hwy 36. Go Right (south) on 36 to Interstate hwy 86 (also known as Hwy 17 or Southern Tier Expressway) Exit 36 onto West 86 (headed for Jamestown) go about 5 miles to exit # 33 (Almond and Andover exit) at the stop sign after exiting, turn right. Go ¼ mile and turn right again onto State route 21. Go 12 miles to Andover. As you enter Andover you will see a yellow flashing light. Turn Right at this first light. Go over the railroad tracks and a small bridge then take an immediate left turn onto Rochambeau. Go ¼ mile, turn Right onto Harmon St. Go 1 mile and turn left onto Pingrey Hill Rd. Go ½ mile up the hill to where the road “T’s” turn left. Go 1 mile and turn left onto Barrett Rd. (the turn is just before the scale house on the right and the big barn on the left.) Go ½ mile to our driveway–we are on the right.
From PA (coming up Hwy 15)
Go North on Hwy 15 to hwy 417 (about 13-15 miles after crossing the PA/NY border ) Go West on 417 to Andover’s main street, County Rd 21, Turn right and go down main street to the far end. At the yellow flashing light, turn left onto North Main Street. Go over the tracks and bridge, take an immediate left onto Rochambeau. Go ¼ mile, turn Right onto Harmon St. Go 1 mile and turn left onto Pingrey Hill Rd. Go ½ mile up the hill to where the road “T’s” turn left. Go 1 mile and turn left onto Barrett Rd. (the turn is just before the scale house on the right and the big barn on the left.) Go ½ mile to our driveway–we are on the right.
OR If the weather is nice and there is no snow, continue on 417 (instead of turning onto Andover’s main street.) another 2 miles and turn Right onto Barrett Road. We are located 1 mile up Barrett Rd on the left.
From Binghamton or Eastern NY: ( and from Eastern or southern PA)
Take I-81 or I-88 to west I-86 (also known as Hwy 17 or Southern Tier Expressway) Go West on I-86 to exit # 33 (Almond and Andover exit) at the stop sign after exiting, turn right.
